Due to the digital format of photographs SkrapGear Trading AB can not grant that the pictures reflect the exact nature of the real products.

Ordering and contract

To place an order you must be 18 years of age or have parental consent. Your order shall constitute an offer to SkrapGear Trading AB to purchase the Products specified in the order. At the same time you shall complete an authorisation for Skrapgear Trading AB to recover, through your credit or debit card, payments due to SkrapGear Trading AB. SkrapGear Trading AB may accept or decline the order. Please note that acknowledgement of an order by us does not constitute acceptance of that order or that a contract has been made. We will confirm acceptance to you by email confirming that the order is accepted and that the Product is ready for dispatch or has been dispatched (“Order Confirmation”) at which point a contract will come into existence between you and Skrapgear Tradin AB Skrapgear Tradin AB reserves the right to refuse a customer purchases. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake you must contact us immediately.

Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. SkrapGear Trading AB reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our products/service without notice at any time. SkrapGear Trading AB shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modifications, price change, suspension or discontinuance of products/service. Swedish VAT is included in all prices, currently  25% and 6% and is given in Swedish kronor (SEK). Orders outside the EU are exempt from Swedish VAT. Your country's customs authority may instead charge you for local import tax and VAT. These fees will not be covered by SkrapGear Trading AB. Shipping fees, COD and /or invoice fees can be added to your order.

Payment

We support payment with Paypal.

Delivery

We deliver to most places within 1-7 working days. Sometimes it takes longer for your order to reach you. If your parcel is delayed we will contact you. SkrapGear Trading AB cannot be held responsible the delivery for items that are sold out or out of stock. The freight cost is visible in your basket.

Delays

SkrapGear Trading AB will contact you if your delivery is delayed. SkrapGear Trading AB will do everything we can to get your order to you as fast as possible. The customer is entitled to cancel the purchase if there is an extensive delay in delivery. Sometimes we are not able to fill your order. There might be an error  in our stock or an item may be missing. SkrapGear Trading AB reserves the right to exclude compensation to the customer in such situations or at delivery delay. However the sum of the missing item will be refunded  (or entire order if the customer wishes to then cancel the purchase entirely).

Shipment Information

PostNord 80 SEK (VAT included) for all orders within Sweden.  PostNord shipping to countries in EU and Norway is 150 SEK. Shipping to the rest of the world is 300 SEK. Free shipping within Sweden on orders > 2000 SEK. Shipping price / Currency (Approximate for currencies except SEK) Sweden – 60 SEK, Within EU and Norway – 150 SEK / 15 EUR, Rest of the world – 300 SEK / 30 EUR

Returns and exchange

You have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in its original condition. In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return shipping, and SkrapGear Trading AB will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost. We follow Swedish laws in case of returns and disputes. We will refund you as soon as we receive the product. If you experience that there are items missing you need to let us know within 3 days after you have recieved your order.

Return shipping

If you need to return a product, please contact us at info@skrapgear.com and let us know that you will be returning your product. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach us, why it is important you keep the tracking number. Complaints

SkrapGear Trading AB applies Swedish Consumer Sales Act in case of complaints. Hereby we undertake to replace a defective or damaged product at no extra cost. Remember not to accept a package with visible defects that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. Issue a complaint to the Postal service directly at the delivery point and ask them to return the package to SkrapGear Trading AB and write the reason for returning the package. Send us an e-mail at info@skrapgear.com to inform us about the complaint.

Uncollected deliveries

If you do not collect your parcel from the post office you will still have to pay shipping costs and the cost of cash on delivery.The Swedish post office will only keep your package for 14 days. You will be charged a fee of 300 SEK for any package that is not collected, currently 300 SEK. The fee is charged in arrears. For non-payment requirements are forwarded to a debt collection service.

Personal information

According to Swedish law, we have to ask for your approval to treat your personal data. All the information you give us or that we get when you visit our site will be handled responsibly and safely by SkrapGear Trading AB. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business responsibilities to you and for marketing purposes. If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it is corrected or deleted.

Force Majeure

If SkrapGear Trading AB fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then SkrapGear Trading AB cannot be held responsible.

Reservations

We reserve our right to cancel any order with price or stock errors.
